Provide high-quality legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues to assist attorneys in their litigation and transactional practices. Cases have ranged from national class actions, to small business disputes, to individual family law cases. Also conducted a 7-month comprehensive review/analysis of licensing contracts for a large corporation. Less traditional projects have included writing for a monthly publication geared toward HR professionals; ghost- and co-writing op-ed and law review articles; and policy research to assist nonprofits in strategic planning.
